It is always tricky to get the vermice...Looks good!<br />It is always tricky to get the vermicelli to not be sticky. <br />I have a slightly different part 1). Pan fry dry and allow to cool. Add it to 'lots' of 'boiling' water (so that the starch gets out easily) and cook for sometime. When tender, drain water and spread out the vermicelli on a large plate or even paper. Add couple drops of oil and move your fingers through the vermicelli.
